Nvidia CEO dismisses AI risk talk as fear marketing to sell security products

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang dismissed the recent debate over AI risks as a tactic to create new cybersecurity demand, Axios reported. Speaking at a Goldman Sachs conference, he said the industry was preparing new products and that there was no better way to create demand than to create a problem. The controversy intensified after an Anthropic researcher resigned and warned that AI could destroy humanity. XRP retests cup-and-handle pattern, with $3.63 target if $1.35 holds

XRP has entered a retest zone for a cup-and-handle pattern on the weekly chart after an August rebound, an analysis said. If support holds, XRP could try to break above the $1.45 to $1.50 resistance area, with targets cited at $2.4062 and $3.6330. XRP is trading around $1.39, up about 3.5 percent over the past week. A break below $1.35 could weaken the structure, with $1.23 cited as the next support.

Tom Lee says Ethereum will outperform Bitcoin as BitMine holds 5.93 million ETH

BitMine Immersion Technologies bought an additional 28,086 ether, taking its holdings to 4.9 percent of total Ethereum supply. Fundstrat co-founder Tom Lee said Ethereum could outperform Bitcoin in coming years, citing growth in real-world asset tokenisation and agentic AI use cases. BitMine said most of its ether is staked and projected annual staking income based on a 2.61 percent annualised yield. Ethereum and BitMine shares fell in recent trading.
