Cardano (ADA) is expected to have entered the closing phase of a prolonged downtrend.

Blockchain media outlet The Crypto Basic reported on Oct. 19 that crypto analyst MasterAnanda claimed ADA is nearing the end of its bear market and could see a stronger rebound afterward.

MasterAnanda cited Coinbase’s ADA/USDT three-day chart. The chart reflected a long downtrend after a rally in late 2024, a falling-wedge pattern and a rounded-bottom move formed over about two months. After recovering from a low of $0.1384 in July 2026, ADA rose at one point this month to around $0.28, but later slipped back to around $0.221.

He interpreted the current move as an early recovery phase. He said ADA is in a stage of consolidating prices before a further rise. He viewed the first rebound as relatively limited but said the next upward wave could lead to a larger rally. He also claimed that if the expected bullish move materialises, there may be no chance to buy again at current prices.

He also presented price targets. If upward momentum strengthens, he said ADA could reach $1 within the next few months and rise to $2 in 2027. He also left open the possibility of a rise to $3.25, setting a new all-time high (ATH).

Recent price action has diverged from that optimism. ADA moved above $0.28 early this month, prompting some analysts to discuss the possibility of a rise to $0.41, but it later gave back gains and fell to the $0.21 range. The drop from the 30-day high was 25 percent. As of the day, ADA was down 11.99 percent over seven days and was ranked the 15th-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalisation.

Separately, market sentiment has not fully broken down. Ju Ki-young (주기영), chief executive officer of CryptoQuant, named Cardano as one of the major crypto assets. The assessment was also linked to artificial intelligence (AI)-focused payments and possible real corporate use.

But favourable sentiment alone does not guarantee a price rebound. ADA must first break out of its recent weakness and regain upward momentum. If it fails to clear key resistance levels, MasterAnanda’s $1, $2 and $3.25 scenarios will also be difficult to realise. In that situation, Cardano’s next direction depends on investment demand, market sentiment and broader trends across the cryptocurrency industry.

Analyst MasterAnanda Says #Cardano’s Bear Market May Be Nearing an End, Eyes $3.25. MasterAnanda believes Cardano may be approaching the end of its prolonged bear market, potentially paving the way for a recovery. He highlighted a falling wedge and rounded-bottom pattern on the three-day chart. ADA rebounded from a low of $0.1384 in July 2026 to nearly $0.28 before pulling back toward $0.22. MasterAnanda projects ADA could reach $1 in the coming months, $2 in 2027, and potentially $3.25, which would mark a new all-time high. He also suggested that current prices may not return if a sustained bull market develops. However, these are speculative targets, and ADA would need to regain upward momentum and break through resistance levels to reach them. https://t.co/2LYvTYxsvj
