OpenAI expands TAC cybersecurity program, offers GPT-5.5 Cyber preview

OpenAI said on Friday it is expanding its Trusted Access for Cyber (TAC) program for security professionals and will provide participants with a preview of GPT-5.5 Cyber. TAC has three tiers and requires identity verification, with eligible participants including corporate security teams, bug bounty hunters, verified researchers and some government agencies. OpenAI said thousands of verified defenders and hundreds of teams are currently participating.

OpenAI invites Musinsa CTO to share Codex enterprise use cases

OpenAI held an event in Seongdong district, Seoul, on April 29 under the theme of changing work methods with Codex and Musinsa’s AI-native operating system. The company shared real-world Codex deployment cases and how it is used. About 30 attendees joined, including influencers. Musinsa CTO Jun Jun-hee discussed why the company adopted Codex, how it integrated AI across development workflows, changes in speed and productivity, and how coding agents could redefine developers’ roles.

ChatGPT adds HWP support, targets finance and public sector

OpenAI said on April 17 that ChatGPT will support HWP and HWPX, the document formats used by Hancom Office\'s Hangul. South Korean users can upload Hangul documents directly without converting files, then review, analyse, extract information and summarise content through natural-language queries. HWP and HWPX are widely used across public bodies, schools and major companies and account for more than 91 percent of domestic public documents.
