Naver runs World Suicide Prevention Day campaign across main page, blog and Chzzk

Naver is running an online campaign for World Suicide Prevention Day across major services including its main page, blog and the live-streaming platform Chzzk. The company said it will display a commemorative banner on Sept. 10 and operate a public interest banner for Suicide Prevention Week with the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Suicide Prevention Center through Sept. 16. Naver also plans a user-participation writing campaign on its blog.

Hana Bank prepares for fund-based retirement pensions, benchmarks Australia and UK markets

As discussions gain pace on introducing fund-based retirement pensions, Hana Bank is preparing for possible changes by benchmarking pension market practices in Australia and the UK. The bank said it visited retirement pension funds and asset managers in the two countries to review governance, asset management and member administration systems. It is sharing the findings within Hana Financial Group and considering how to apply them to Korea’s system.
