KT said on Wednesday it will run the 'HaHaHa' campaign centred on its Hi Order table-order service, offering shared benefits for customers, small business owners and partner companies.
It will provide customers with benefits such as discounts and prizes, and support store owners with store operations and sales promotion. KT will operate 'Ha25der Day' on the 25th of each month. The name combines the 'Ha' from Hi Order, the 25th of each month and the meaning of adding benefits.
On the day of the event, participating Hi Order stores will hold a prize roulette event. Customers can join through a QR code displayed on the Hi Order screen and receive prizes including a 250,000 won Naver Pay gift voucher and coffee mobile gift coupons.
In addition to the 25th of each month, KT will provide Hi Order users with a 5,000 won discount coupon for the KT Membership Shopping Lounge. Customers can receive the coupon via the QR code on the Hi Order screen and use it at the commerce Shopping Lounge dedicated to KT Membership.
KT will also expand support for small business owners. Starting in October, it will offer partner programmes through the small business platform 'Sajang Easy' app, including support for essential items for store operations, operation of a review experience group, consulting for Naver Place registration and management of delivery app reviews.
Hi Order is also expanding into a platform that supports store operations and marketing. As of September, it is used at 250,000 tables nationwide. KT said it plans to support digital transformation in the dining-out sector through Hi Order.
Kang Yi-hwan (강이환), managing director and head of KT's Customer Service Division, said, "We will continue to expand various programmes so that customers, small business owners and small and midsize enterprise solution partners can grow together."
