Dunamu has renovated its offline customer counselling space, the Upbit Lounge.
Dunamu, which operates digital asset exchange Upbit, said it opened the renovated Upbit Lounge on Oct. 22.
The Upbit Lounge is an offline channel that provides customer service, support for disruptions and counselling related to using Upbit. With the revamp, it has expanded beyond counselling into a multi-purpose experience space where visitors can review Upbit’s growth and Dunamu’s ESG activities.
The lounge consists of a first-floor information desk and an ESG project space called UPbiTree Garden, and a second-floor brand zone, Big Chart zone and counselling zone.
The first-floor UPbiTree Garden is a space where visitors can experience Dunamu’s ESG projects. Centered on UPbiTree, an ESG brand that integrates the existing Digital Healing Garden and Seed Vault NFT Collection, it is designed to let visitors experience a forest using large LED videos, natural sounds and scents.
The second-floor brand zone introduces key changes in the company’s business and its future plans, from Dunamu’s founding in 2012 to the launch of Upbit in 2017 and the expansion of its global blockchain infrastructure business.
It also presents business expansion plans through its Web3 infrastructure brand GIWA using digital graphics and three-dimensional structures. An interactive kiosk called UPb-ti lets visitors check their investment tendencies and provides guidance on Upbit services that match them.
In the Big Chart zone, visitors can check market data such as major digital asset prices, the Upbit Composite Index and the Fear and Greed Index. In the counselling zone, it provides counselling services, as before, for customers who need help while using Upbit.
A Dunamu official said, "We hope the renovated Upbit Lounge will provide customers with useful information and comfortable rest at the same time."
