The service provides information on nearby heatwave shelters, late-night pharmacies, and companies offering air-conditioner repairs, dehumidifier rentals and flooding-related drainage and disinfection work. It also runs a taxi booking assistance service for older people who find smartphone apps difficult to use. Operating hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
