Hancom LifeCare, an affiliate of Hancom Group and a defense and safety equipment company, said on Thursday it has signed a cooperation agreement with the Korea Anti-Drone Industry Association in the drone and anti-drone fields. The two sides plan to continue joint research and development in convergence technologies, analyze technology trends and shifts in domestic and overseas market demand, and respond strategically. They also aim to develop commercialization opportunities for civilian and military applications.

Hancom With, a security, authentication and digital finance affiliate of Hancom Group, said on Monday it has launched Hancom xFWeb, an installation-free web security solution that protects web communications data from quantum-computing hacking threats. The company said the product is designed to be applied to web applications while minimizing changes to client systems and without requiring users to install separate EXE-based security software. It plans to expand supply in the public and financial sectors.
