Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS) has acquired India-based hospitality solution company InnKey, it said on Wednesday. YCS said the deal would help it expand its presence in the global enterprise hospitality market and speed up entry into emerging markets such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia. InnKey provides an enterprise platform integrating hotel operations functions and supplies its solutions to more than 500 hotels.

LG CNS is stepping up efforts to accelerate AI transformation in South Korea\'s enterprise resource planning market in cooperation with SAP. The two companies co-hosted a Business AI for ERP Summit in Seoul on April 8 and presented an execution strategy for next-generation ERP AX based on SAP Business AI. About 200 participants from industries including manufacturing, logistics, distribution and telecommunications attended. Speakers shared AI ERP adoption cases, use-case methodologies and physical AI trends, including humanoid and robot-based AI services.
