Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS) has acquired India-based hospitality solution company InnKey. YCS, a member of Yanolja Enterprise Solution, said on Wednesday it plans to expand its presence in the global enterprise hospitality market and accelerate entry into emerging markets such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia through the acquisition.
InnKey is an enterprise-grade solution company that integrates hotel operations functions, including front office, food and beverage, finance and customer experience management, into a single platform. It currently supplies its solutions to more than 500 hotels in India and major emerging markets. Major Indian hotel groups including The Fern, Pride, Orchid, Treat and Accord are key customers.
YCS said it will combine its solutions with InnKey's capabilities to build an integrated solution portfolio spanning small and mid-sized accommodation providers to large global hotel chains. The structure supports both operational efficiency and customer experience management, centered on enterprise solutions for mid-to-large hotels and global hotel groups.
The Yanolja Group said it plans to combine its AI and data capabilities with InnKey's solution infrastructure to advance hotel operations automation. It aims to improve efficiency across hotel operations including reservations, operations and customer response, and build an AI-based intelligent operating environment to establish a next-generation hospitality operations system.
Lee Jun-young (이준영), head of Yanolja's Enterprise Solution division, said, "Yanolja is using AI for innovation across hotel operations." He said, "We will improve and automate the operating environment of travel businesses on an AI basis, so that on-site staff can focus more on improving the customer experience."
