NHN expands Korea-Japan co-development model with first result in \'Fantasy World\'s Puchipoyong\'

NHN is building a co-development system that combines the game planning capabilities of its Japanese unit NHN PlayArt with the execution of its South Korean development organization, and will apply it more broadly to its global game business. The companies introduced their Korea-Japan collaboration strategy at a group interview near Makuhari Messe. Their first joint project is \'Fantasy World\'s Puchipoyong\', one of three new titles unveiled at Tokyo Game Show 2026.

NHN Dooray supplies collaboration tool to Ulsan education office

NHN Dooray said on Monday it supplied its all-in-one collaboration tool Dooray to the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education. The office has operated Dooray under the name USEUP since July 1. The company said it was the first case of a provincial education office adopting a software-as-a-service-based collaboration tool. The office aims to streamline reporting and cut printed documents to build a paperless education administration environment.

NHN opens applications for NAN 2026 hackathon to recruit game and AI talent

NHN on Sunday opened applications for its \"Next AI Network 2026\" hackathon to discover talent in gaming and artificial intelligence and expand recruitment links. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply individually or in a team of up to three. Applicants must submit preliminary materials by Aug. 10. Ten teams will compete Sept. 4 to 6 at NHN\'s Pangyo Play Museum. The top three teams will share 80 million won in prizes.
