NHN Dooray said on March 9 it will supply its AI collaboration tool Dooray! to administrative agencies including central government ministries and local authorities through the National Information Resources Service Daegu Center’s public-private partnership (PPP) administrative network zone.
NHN Dooray has completed building related infrastructure in an NHN Cloud-based administrative network zone inside the Daegu Center. Full-scale adoption by administrative agencies will be possible from around April after a security review by the National Intelligence Service is completed.
Dooray is a collaboration platform that integrates email, messaging, video conferencing, work management, drive and wiki functions. It holds the standard grade of Cloud Security Assurance Program (CSAP) certification and the top-tier Gold grade of the CSA STAR international cloud security certification. NHN Dooray currently counts about 150 public institutions as customers and has supplied Dooray to about 10 local governments, including North Chungcheong Province and seven of its affiliated local governments, as well as Hanam and Guri, through an Interior Ministry-led program supporting the use of private SaaS for the public sector.
It is also expected to improve work efficiency at administrative agencies by automating repetitive tasks through Dooray AI, which is based on multiple large language models. NHN Dooray plans to link Dooray within the first half of the year to the Intelligent Work Management Platform, a private SaaS integrated space for administrative agencies, after the security review is completed.
Baek Chang-yeol (백창열), chief executive of NHN Dooray, said, "As we have already proven performance and utility in a market where security comes first, we will also create meaningful results for administrative agencies."
