NHN Dooray said on Sunday it has supplied its all-in-one AI collaboration tool, Dooray, to Megastudy Education.

Megastudy Education is a company that provides online and offline education services for elementary, middle and high school students and adults. About 4,000 people, including company employees and external instructors and collaborators, will use Dooray. It provides core collaboration functions such as project management, mail, messenger and bulletin boards, as well as an AI feature called Dooray AI, on a single platform.

Megastudy Education decided to introduce a software-as-a-service (SaaS) collaboration tool to address maintenance and customisation costs stemming from the ageing of its existing internally built groupware. It also aims to create an environment where it can grasp and adjust work status in real time.

NHN Dooray explained that it was selected as the final supplier after proposing specific development support items and a roadmap for the administrator-approval-based internal control structure requested by Megastudy Education, an integrated dashboard showing work progress by team member, and management systems based on calendars and timelines.

A Megastudy Education official said, "Given the characteristics of the education industry, work allocation is repeated over short cycles and schedule changes are frequent, so an environment where work status can be grasped intuitively is important." The official added, "We chose Dooray because it can flexibly reflect requirements such as the internal control structure."

Baek Chang-yeol (백창열), head of NHN Dooray, said, "We have communicated with the mindset of designing the work environment together with customers, beyond simply supplying a solution." He added, "Based on know-how accumulated in the public and financial sectors, we will further step up efforts to target the enterprise market."
