Morgan Stanley launches MSBT bitcoin spot ETF with 0.14 percent fee
Morgan Stanley began trading its bitcoin spot exchange-traded fund, MSBT, on April 8 local time, offering a 0.14 percent total fee, below BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) at 0.25 percent. Analysts said IBIT still leads in assets and liquidity, but Morgan Stanley’s large wealth management distribution network could redirect new inflows. The launch underscores rising fee sensitivity as competition intensifies in the bitcoin spot ETF market.
