SK Square speeds \'AI native\' shift, expands portfolio innovation
SK Square is stepping up its shift to AI transformation, redesigning investment work and portfolio companies\' business models around AI, it said on Wednesday. The company is building an \'AI native\' operating model, where AI agents handle tasks and employees focus on judging and verifying results. It has set up a sandbox for developing AI agents and built an internal knowledge hub. It is also applying AI-based automation across portfolio companies.

Korea Microsoft to hold Industry Summit on Sept. 30
Korea Microsoft will hold the Microsoft Industry Summit on Sept. 30 at the COEX Grand Ballroom in Seoul to share industry-specific AI transformation strategies and on-the-ground cases. The company will present AI use cases and Frontier Transformation 방향 across finance, retail, manufacturing, healthcare and education. It will also run technology sessions featuring customer cases using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Foundry and Azure. Kyobo DTS said on Wednesday it will launch ConnectOne, an AI-based integrated customer service platform developed with customer service solutions firm Spectra. The company said the service links the entire process, from the start of customer consultations to agent support, follow-up tasks and operational analysis, through a single AI agent. It also provides automation agents that can directly handle consultation tasks connected to existing business processes.
