KT said on Monday it will launch eight "KT Subscription" products in cooperation with Google, combining AI services with various lifestyle benefits.

The products consist of three standalone plans, including Google AI Plus and AI Pro, and five subscription packs that combine lifestyle benefits such as Mega MGC Coffee and Starbucks.

The standalone plans are Google AI Plus 400GB and 2TB, and Google AI Pro (5TB). Users can access generative AI functions such as document writing, information search, translation and learning through the Google Gemini app.

Depending on the product, the subscription packs that include lifestyle benefits provide up to three cups of Mega MGC Coffee Americano a month. Customers using Google AI Pro (5TB) can also use a product that provides one Starbucks Americano, or a lifestyle subscription pack that allows them to choose one of five benefits, including Daiso, GS25, Olive Young, Kakao Emoticon Plus and Snow (SNOW) VIP.

To mark the launch, KT will run an event offering Naver Pay points to new subscribers until Nov. 30. New subscribers to one of the eight products can receive points ranging from 2,000 won to up to 10,000 won, depending on the product.

Kang Ihwan (강이환), head of KT's Customer Service Division, said, "We introduced these products so customers can experience AI more easily and conveniently." He added, "We will continue to expand digital services and lifestyle benefits to meet customers' diverse needs."
