Permit simplification, regulatory easing to lower barrier for AI data center buildout

The government will simplify permitting procedures to spur construction of AI data centres (DCs) and ease regulations related to facilities. It will also 추진 a domestic technology development and demonstration programme worth about 200 billion won in 2027. The Ministry of Science and ICT announced an \"AIDC ecosystem support plan\" at the second Regulatory Rationalisation Committee chaired by the president. Nvidia tests technique to cut physical qubits needed for error correction by 90 percent

Nvidia carried out a 104-qubit quantum computing simulation on Germany’s Jupiter, Europe’s first exascale supercomputer, and tested a technique that could cut the physical-qubit resources required for error correction by 90 percent. The study focused on efficiently preparing magic states through Magic State Cultivation under noise conditions close to real quantum hardware. Nvidia used GH200-based systems and scaled workloads to 8,192 GPUs, with cuQuantum and CUDA-Q software platforms.

Justem aims for 300 billion won in revenue, 2 trillion won valuation by 2030

Justem set new goals of 300 billion won in revenue and a 2 trillion won corporate valuation by 2030, the company said. Marking its 10th anniversary, it declared the targets and vision at a workshop at Konjiam Resort attended by all employees. Justem outlined five strategies including advanced humidity control solutions, overseas expansion, next-generation product development, partnerships and M&A, and completing a third plant with an AI-based smart operations system.
