K Bank recruits interns linked to hiring, selects \'AI natives\'
K Bank said on Monday it has begun recruiting interns for a July-August programme that offers hands-on work experience and a chance of full-time employment. The hiring-linked internship, introduced in 2022, has expanded to twice a year since last year. This intake focuses on selecting \'AI natives\' in line with its \'AI Powered Bank\' strategy, reflecting AI understanding and use in evaluations and running an AI project for all interns.

Kakao recruits fourth cohort for Kakao Tech Campus to train regional talent
Kakao said on Tuesday it has begun recruiting trainees for the fourth cohort of its Kakao Tech Campus programme to train regional university students as artificial intelligence developers. The company will select 150 students from five national hub universities, including Kangwon National University and Pusan National University. The programme integrates frontend and backend tracks and adds a course on agentic AI services. Applications run through April 15, with classes starting online in May.

Musinsa selects 66 \'AI-native\' entry-level developers
Musinsa has completed an open recruitment process for “AI-native” entry-level developers and placed 66 successful candidates into business units, it said on Sunday. The hiring, led by its tech division under the MUKIEs program, was the company’s first large-scale intake of new developers in four years. Musinsa introduced a simplified, resume-free application process and drew about 2,000 applicants. Candidates advanced through three stages, including coding tests and an offline interview.
