Toss Securities said on Sunday it will conduct a large-scale recruitment drive across all job categories through March 31.
The hiring will be the biggest since Toss Securities was launched, with openings in the hundreds.
Recruitment areas span all roles, including engineering, product, design, strategy, marketing, security, human resources, legal, finance and customer management. Applicants can apply to multiple roles based on their experience.
The hiring process will begin with document screening, followed by job interviews, culture-fit interviews and reference checks. Depending on the role, applicants may also be asked to submit a portfolio and complete an assignment or a coding test.
Toss Securities will also run a Coffee Chat programme for prospective applicants through March 31, during the large-scale hiring period. The Coffee Chat is a session where applicants can communicate freely with Toss Securities employees to explore job capabilities and company culture in depth in advance.
A Toss Securities official said, "This large-scale recruitment is a process to bring in capable talent so Toss Securities can break down the boundaries between IT and finance and make another leap forward."
