Shinhan Investment Corp said on March 18 it will hold open recruitment for entry-level hires in ICT and information security in 2026.
The hiring aims to build ICT infrastructure optimised for the future financial environment and strengthen security competitiveness. Applicants must have graduated from a four-year university or higher, or be due to graduate in August 2026. There is no restriction on major.
Applications are open until 8 a.m. on March 30. The selection process begins with document screening, followed by an AI competency test and a coding test.
It will then proceed through interviews with working-level staff, an internship programme, an executive interview and a medical check, before selecting successful candidates.
A Shinhan Investment Corp official said the process prioritises practical adaptability as well as theoretical knowledge. The official said a key feature is providing applicants with an opportunity to fully demonstrate their capabilities through the internship and experience the organisation's culture in advance.
