The issuance was processed from the RLUSD issuer account and finalised on the ledger the same day, with a fee of 0.000405 XRP, according to XRPScan. RLUSD circulation stands at 1.711 billion tokens, CoinGecko data showed, with about $58 million in 24-hour volume.
