The XRP Ledger ecosystem will take part in Rare Evo 2026 in Las Vegas in the United States later this month.
On July 23 local time, blockchain outlet U.Today reported that XRPL was listed as a sponsor and participating organisation for the event. The community said it would run an on-site booth and onboarding workshops and also previewed the upcoming protocol amendment schedule.
Rare Evo 2026 is a blockchain, AI and Web3 event running from July 28 to 31. Multichain projects, investors, industry officials and community participants will gather to exchange views on interoperability and integrating Web3 into existing industries. Hussein Janghana (후세인 잔가나), community director at the XRPL Foundation, is scheduled to speak.
An XRPL ecosystem-only booth will operate at the venue. Janghana said on X, formerly Twitter, that the booth was set up as a space to introduce major NFT projects and related artwork, as well as leading XRPL project brands and apps. The XRPL community will also hold educational sessions for new users and beginners at the event.
Workshop topics include XRPL and AI, XRPL infrastructure including a physical server display, XRPL onboarding for using wallets and decentralised apps, and an onboarding session for Ripple UBRI. The community explained that the programme is aimed at participants new to XRPL and users who want to learn more about the ecosystem.
The protocol update schedule alongside the event is also drawing market attention. Janghana said, "If everything goes smoothly, multiple feature amendments will be put to an XRP Ledger vote within about 2 weeks." The items include batch, confidential transfers, fee and reserve sponsorship, delegated authority and dynamic MPT.
Still, the official schedule for XRPL version 3.3.0 has not yet been disclosed. The community is watching when the next version will be released and which features will actually enter the voting stage.
A closer schedule includes amendment activation. The FixCleanup3_2_0 amendment includes changes related to single-asset vaults, a lending protocol, a permissioned DEX, multi-purpose tokens and permissioned domains, and is set to be activated within 6 days. Based on XRPScan data, the upgrade was presented as being applied on the XRPL mainnet on July 29.
As a result, the XRPL ecosystem is facing both an external event appearance and the network revision schedule at the same time. On site, the focus is on expanding the ecosystem and bringing in new users, while on the network side feature amendments and the reflection of fixes are continuing. Future points to watch are how much presence XRPL projects show at Rare Evo and whether the planned amendments will actually move to voting and activation stages.
