LG Display starts mass production of laptop LCD panel with auto refresh rate from 1 to 120Hz
LG Display said on March 22 it will be the first in the world to mass-produce a laptop LCD panel that automatically adjusts its refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz depending on the usage environment. The panel applies the company’s self-developed \'Oxide 1Hz\' technology and switches between low and high refresh rates based on user activity. The company said it can improve battery usage by more than 48%.

NH Investment Securities expands monitoring to executives\' family accounts
NH Investment Securities said on Jan. 20 it will strengthen internal controls by including family accounts of all executives in its monitoring system. The firm previously registered and managed only family accounts of staff in units with a high risk of conflicts of interest, such as its investment banking division. Under the new steps, it will expand coverage and conduct sampling checks of reported accounts in the second half.

VMAX unveils new electric scooters, from ultralight commuter to high-performance model
Swiss electric scooter maker VMAX has unveiled three new electric scooters: the VX6, VX8 and VX2 Lite. The company said the products are designed to strengthen three areas in the micro-mobility market: light weight, performance and reasonable pricing. The VX6 delivers up to 6,000 watts with a firmware-limited top speed of about 80 km/h and is due in the United States in May to June 2026. The VX8 focuses on low weight, while the VX2 Lite adds suspension at a reasonable price.
