Naver’s streaming platform Chzzk said on Thursday it will hold the 'TFT Chzzk Influencer Match' with Riot Games on Aug. 15 at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, Seoul.
The match is part of the offline 'TFT Wild Fan Fest', an event prepared by Riot Games and Hyundai Department Store ahead of the release of Teamfight Tactics' new set, 'Mystic Forest'. The match will be held on the Sounds Forest stage on the fifth floor of The Hyundai Seoul.
Eight people, including former League of Legends pro players and streamers, will take part in the event. On-site audiences and online viewers will be able to decide missions for participants through real-time voting. Advance reservations for on-site viewing have closed, and a fan meeting and item giveaway events are scheduled to take place at the venue.
The main competition on Aug. 15 will be livestreamed through a total of nine channels, including official coverage on the Chzzk Games channel and the personal channels of the eight participants. Chzzk streamers will be able to use the match on their channels as co-watching content. Naver plans to provide in-game rewards to users who watch the official channel or participants’ personal channels for at least 30 minutes.
Chzzk signed a partnership with Riot Games in December last year. In June, it held an offline viewing event called 'CSI Expedition' in connection with the '2026 LCK MSI Representative Selection'.
Naver Game Content Partnerships Leader Shin Seul-gi (신슬기) said, "Based on the technology and community capabilities Naver has, we are expanding content that viewers can participate in by linking with major esports intellectual property." Shin said, "We will provide streamers with new opportunities for content creation and users with things to enjoy online and offline."
