Samsung Electronics said on Sept. 10 it has opened a dedicated EHS heat pump training center at its CS Academy in Suwon, Gyeonggi province, to strengthen training for B2B partners and installation engineers. The company said performance often depends on piping installation and maintenance. The center replicates real-site equipment and includes practice using HASS, an AI-based diagnostic program. Samsung also plans domestic mass production from late September.

South Korea\'s financial authorities expanded the scope of eased network separation rules for AI use to secondary financial institutions and electronic financial business operators. The number of firms to be selected rises to as many as 15, and eligibility thresholds are lowered.
