Netflix logs record 97 billion viewing hours in first half of 2026

Netflix released its \"What We Watched\" report for the first half of 2026 on Thursday, covering viewing for all titles available on the service. Netflix members worldwide watched more than 97 billion hours, the highest level for any half-year period. Five of the top 10 series were first-season titles. XRP bear market enters second year as whales buy 4 billion tokens

Large XRP whales have bought more than 4 billion additional tokens since a downtrend began in July 2025. Wallets holding 10 million to 100 million XRP now hold 12.13 billion tokens, up 4.63 billion from before the decline intensified. XRP last traded around $1.06 after peaking at $3.60 in July 2025, down more than 70 percent. Sentiment weakened as mid-sized wallets sold 1.3 billion XRP after August 2025.

On2U firms, savings banks linked-investment loans top 500 billion won, expand lending to mid-low credit borrowers

Cumulative personal credit loans jointly supplied by online investment-linked finance firms and savings banks have exceeded 500 billion won, with most users classified as mid-to-low credit borrowers and the delinquency rate below 1 percent. The Korea Online Investment-Linked Finance Association put the total at 502.2 billion won as of July 3. It said the average interest rate is 11.95 percent a year and the average borrower credit score is 739.
