NOL, a leisure platform operated by Nolyuniverse, has expanded its content range from travel to performances and exhibitions. Nolyuniverse said on July 24 it will run a musical and exhibition curation special on July 27 for 1 hour from 2 p.m. through its in-house live commerce service, NOL Live.

The broadcast will be the first since the launch of NOL Live to introduce multiple performances and exhibitions in a single episode in a curation format. Aimed at children and family customers, it will feature about 25 works, including the musicals "The Story of Under the Sea", "The 100-Story House in the Forest" and "Lina, Superhero", and the exhibition "Baby Shark Secret Invitation: Becoming Shark". The programme is set to highlight viewing points through performance highlight videos, virtual tours, and character and story explanations.

Purchase benefits are also set up exclusively for the broadcast. It will apply 5,000 won discount coupons for musicals and 3,000 won discount coupons for exhibitions, along with special prices of up to 64 percent off. It will also offer musical and exhibition package products and special goods on a live-only basis. An event to give prizes will also be held for customers who verify purchases and join in real-time comments.

Jo Mi-seon (조미선), head of marketing group at Nolyuniverse, said: "Since performances and exhibitions are not easy to choose until you experience them in person, we planned this special so customers can check a work's appeal and viewing points in advance through the live broadcast and purchase with reasonable benefits." She added: "As a leading domestic leisure platform, we plan to continue expanding customers' everyday enjoyment through diverse cultural content and differentiated services."
