Ohou overhauls membership, shifts benefits to start of purchases

Ohou is scrapping its purchase-performance-based tier system and moving the timing of membership benefits to the start of purchases. The company will introduce a new membership program in September and stop granting new status under its existing VIP tier scheme, it said on Wednesday. The termination takes effect from Aug. 30.
