Woori Bank to strengthen data, AI-driven sales in second half, expand cross-group collaboration

Woori Bank plans to strengthen sales in the second half of 2026 by overhauling its sales territories and marketing system using public data and customer information and introducing AI agents to improve productivity. Woori Bank Samsung Wallet Money expands offline payments to Daiso and CU

Woori Bank will expand offline payment locations for its prepaid easy payment service, Samsung Wallet Money & Point, launched with Samsung Electronics. The bank said Daiso and CU have newly joined the service as strategic merchants. Users will be able to make offline payments at Daiso stores nationwide and at about 18,000 CU convenience stores. The service has topped 2.5 million users about seven months after launch.
