Hana Financial Group launches \'Productive Finance Academy\'

Hana Financial Group said on April 14 it will launch a \'Productive Finance Academy\' by expanding and reorganising its existing training programmes to strengthen execution of productive finance. The academy will be led by Hana Bank’s Hana Financial Research Institute and is expected to be introduced in the first half of the year to foster specialist staff. The group plans to link existing programmes and expand them into a structured curriculum, drawing on in-house research capabilities and external cooperation.

Brokerages upgrade AI-based mobile trading apps, but frequent outages remain task

RBA draws line between stablecoins and deposit tokens in tokenisation

The Reserve Bank of Australia has shifted from debating whether to adopt tokenisation to focusing on how to implement it, the Block reported. Deputy Governor Brad Jones presented results from Project Acacia, which reviewed 20 use cases for tokenised assets and tested four settlement methods. The RBA outlined distinct roles for stablecoins and deposit tokens and cited network effects, legal and regulatory uncertainty as key obstacles.
