Toss Place, a payment terminal and POS solution unit of Viva Republica, has started on-site meetings to hear directly from merchants about service improvements. The company held the first event of its \"Visiting Toss Place\" programme at the merchant Half House in Seoul\'s Gangnam district. It invited nearby merchants to share opinions and operational difficulties, and plans to expand the events to more regions. Sessions included Q&A, group discussions and previews of an AI-based service in development.

Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS), a cloud hospitality solutions affiliate of Yanolja Group, said on Wednesday it is expanding data-driven operating results for global hotel clients. YCS provides a full-stack platform linking property management systems with channel management, booking engines and point-of-sale tools to integrate hotel data and automate reservations, room management and revenue optimisation. It cited revenue and occupancy gains at client hotels in Indonesia and the United States.
