Trillion Labs to develop world models based on Nvidia Omniverse and Nemotron, targeting AI factories

Trillion Labs said on June 8 it will develop industrial world models for AI factories based on Nvidia Omniverse libraries and the Nvidia Nemotron open model. The models are designed to help AI understand and simulate complex industrial environments such as AI data centres and power plants to optimise operations. The company said it is building an intelligence layer that predicts outcomes of decisions and supports operators.

SKT to build gigawatt-scale AI factory with Nvidia, first operation in 2027

SK Telecom will work with Nvidia to target the global AI infrastructure market by building a full-stack AI cloud based on Nvidia\'s DSX platform and scaling an AI factory to gigawatt capacity. SKT said SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won and Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang reviewed the roadmap at a meeting in Taiwan and agreed on group-level cooperation. The first AI factory will start operating in South Korea in 2027.

SKT builds digital twin for SK hynix chip plant with Nvidia Omniverse

SK Telecom applied a digital twin to an SK hynix semiconductor plant using Nvidia\'s 3D simulation platform Omniverse. SKT was introduced as a key partner in Nvidia\'s manufacturing physical AI field at a GTC Taipei keynote in Taiwan. SK hynix completed technology verification last year as part of its Autonomous Factory 2030 goal. SKT said it developed agentic digital twin modeling using Nvidia\'s agent toolkit and plans to enhance the platform and expand its AI business.
