Nexthrus said on Tuesday it is teaming up with Dubai government bodies and institutions to target global markets in games, artificial intelligence and blockchain in the second half. Its Dubai unit, Nexthrus Hub, will hold an industry conference, “Play the Future,” with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) on July 16. The event will share platform ecosystem plans tied to its acquisition of OneStore and unveil a new acceleration programme.

Nexthrus has unveiled the brand identity and a teaser video for Frost Kingdom, its first title to be published on its own, as it moves to secure an early foothold in the Web3-based strategy simulation game market. The medieval-themed game combines a classic SLG structure with merge mechanics and is set for release on iOS, Android and PC. It will be offered in a domestic version and a global blockchain version.
