CLARITY bill unlikely in 2026 without progress by April
The U.S. CLARITY bill is unlikely to pass in 2026 if it fails to make progress by April, Cointelegraph reported. Alex Thorn of Galaxy Digital said the bill has little chance if the Senate does not discuss it by late April. Senate Majority Leader John Thune said there would be no discussion of a digital asset market structure bill by April, with the SAVE America Act set to take priority.
