KB Securities named preferred bidder for Housing and Urban Fund OCIO mandate

KB Securities has been selected as the preferred bidder for the fourth term of the Housing and Urban Fund outsourced chief investment officer mandate. The firm said on Monday it was chosen after the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport recognised its management capabilities and tailored strategy in an evaluation process. KB Securities said the selection marks its entry into the large public fund management market and provides a basis to expand its OCIO business.

MegazoneCloud develops multi-agent AI for architectural code review with Heerim

MegazoneCloud said on Tuesday it completed a pilot project with Heerim Architects & Planners to develop an AI agent system for architectural code reviews. The company said the system lets AI handle preliminary work such as checking laws and regulations, shortening tasks that previously took 3 to 5 days to within 30 minutes. It said it built the service in the Seoul region using Amazon Bedrock Agent Core to address regulatory concerns over overseas transfer of sensitive data.

Whistle Pickdeal introduces AI report on used car prices

Mobility platform Whistle said on Tuesday it has introduced an AI price report to its Pickdeal service based on actual transaction data. The service analyses various transaction information, including public data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, to provide prices reflecting overall market trends. Users can view a sell-my-car AI report from the app’s main screen and search actual transaction prices for vehicles they are considering, including model high and low prices.
