ITCEN ENTEC, Wisewires team up to improve IT service quality
ITCEN ENTEC said on Wednesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with global software testing company Wisewires to enhance IT service quality and cooperate on business. It said the deal aims to combine ITCEN ENTEC’s IT service expertise with Wisewires’ software testing technology to secure system stability and innovation in domestic and overseas IT service markets. The companies plan broader cooperation in AX and DX and technical exchanges.

ITCEN Entec to rebuild Shinhan Bank legal funds payment system with AI
ITCEN Entec, an IT services and AX specialist, said on Feb. 24 it won a Shinhan Bank project to rebuild the bank’s legal funds payment system and has begun work. The project will reconstruct payment infrastructure for legal funds requiring accuracy, including court deposits, custody funds and service fees, using the latest AI technology. The company plans to apply its specialised AI solutions to modernise processes and code in a Java environment.

ITCEN ENTEC signs supply deal with GJTEC for accountability structure management system in finance sector
ITCEN ENTEC said on Tuesday it had signed a supply contract with financial IT firm GJTEC for an accountability structure management solution. The deal follows a letter of agreement the two companies signed in November 2025. ITCEN ENTEC will provide its in-house solution to about 400 of GJTEC’s financial clients as a subscription-based SaaS service. The system supports compliance checks for executives’ internal control obligations required under a law on financial company governance.
