ITCEN ENTEC said on Tuesday it had signed a supply contract with financial IT company GJTEC for an "accountability structure management solution".
The contract is a follow-up to a letter of agreement (LOA) the two companies signed in November 2025. ITCEN ENTEC will supply its self-developed accountability structure management solution to about 400 of GJTEC’s financial clients as a subscription-based (SaaS) service.
GJTEC operates theHI, an ERP platform for asset managers and discretionary investment and advisory firms. The partnership will allow it to provide clients with a more advanced internal control environment. The accountability structure management system systematically supports implementation and checks of executives’ internal control management obligations required under the Act on Corporate Governance of Financial Companies.
ITCEN ENTEC plans to use the contract to expand supply of its accountability structure management solution across the finance sector, including banks, savings banks, capital firms and new technology venture capital finance companies.
An official at ITCEN ENTEC’s financial business division said, "Cooperation with GJTEC will allow us to provide differentiated services to a large customer base." The official added, "We will strengthen our annual recurring revenue (ARR) business portfolio, a stable revenue model, and in the future apply ITCEN Group’s Agentic AI technology to provide a higher-level financial governance solution."
