ITCEN Entec said on Monday it has won a contract to renew the H.Point app, Hyundai Department Store Group’s integrated membership platform, and has expanded its business portfolio into the retail digital services sector.
ITCEN Entec said it has prepared to carry out the project centred on specialised staff with an understanding of membership platforms and the retail domain, including project management professionals who have overseen major Hyundai Department Store Group system-building projects within a dedicated corporate division and IT experts in department store, retail and logistics. It plans to apply updated UI/UX design to improve user convenience and to drive the project in close cooperation with the client.
An ITCEN Entec official said the H.Point app renewal contract is an important starting point for the company’s expansion into private-sector retail digital services. The official said the company will carry out the project diligently as a partner the client can trust, based on its experience in delivering large projects in the public and financial sectors and its specialised technical workforce.
