ITCEN ENTEC said on Wednesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with global software testing company Wisewires to enhance IT service quality and cooperate on business.

The agreement aims to combine ITCEN ENTEC’s IT service expertise with Wisewires’ software testing technology to secure both system stability and innovation in domestic and overseas IT service markets.

The two companies agreed to strengthen practical cooperation in AX and DX. They plan a broad partnership that includes improving system quality for large IT projects in areas such as the public sector and finance, jointly responding to projects ordered by public and private sectors in Korea and abroad, and technology exchanges to advance and innovate the IT service industry.

Lee Jung-taek (이정택), a vice president at ITCEN ENTEC, said cooperation with Wisewires adds a higher level of quality reliability to ITCEN ENTEC’s IT service capabilities. He said the two companies will combine their technical strengths to provide customers with a more innovative and defect-free IT service environment.

Cho Kyung-hwi (조경휘), CEO of Wisewires, said the cooperation will be an opportunity to raise quality standards in the IT service sector by another step and provide DX services that win greater trust from customers.
