Bespin Global said on Wednesday it has received a top-tier GS (Good Software) certification from the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) for its enterprise AI agent platform, HelpNow Agentic AI Platform v4.0. The company said the platform is an integrated AX (AI Transformation) platform designed to build, deploy and operate generative AI-based enterprise agents, supporting public institutions in implementing customised AI services. It plans to strengthen its position in the public AI market.

As artificial intelligence is rapidly adopted in cybersecurity, security patching practices across the tech industry are changing, with patch releases growing faster and larger than before. Microsoft rolled out its biggest-ever security patch after using AI to detect code vulnerabilities. The United States introduced a new coordination framework called Gold Eagle to speed detection, prioritisation and patching for critical infrastructure. Companies also launched AI-native security platforms, initiatives and services across cloud, operations and vulnerability testing.
