AI services and solutions company Bespin Global said on Tuesday it has officially launched its AI-based security operations centre (AI-SOC) service, HelpNow AI SOC.
According to the company, HelpNow AI SOC uses AI agents to autonomously handle the entire security monitoring process, from threat detection to analysis and response.
It goes beyond simple rule-based detection and has an intelligent analysis system that understands and judges the context around security logs. AI agents operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year monitor multi-cloud and hybrid environments in real time.
When threats occur, it automates isolating infected assets, executing response playbooks and supporting recovery, helping boost response speed and operating efficiency.
Bespin Global said a key difference of HelpNow AI SOC is its structure, which places AI agents directly in customer environments, unlike existing managed security service provider (MSSP) approaches.
Kang Jin-ha (강진하), head of Bespin Global's SecOps office, said attack methods are also becoming more sophisticated alongside advances in AI technology. He said AI-based automation of security operations and analytical capabilities will become a key factor in companies' security competitiveness. He added HelpNow AI SOC combines a global-level security platform with Bespin Global's AI technology and operational experience, and will provide a practical alternative for companies facing shortages of security personnel and a complex threat environment.
