Bespin Global, an AI services and solutions company, said it took part in AWS Summit Seoul 2026 hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) from May 20 to 21 and shared an AX strategy focused on delivering tangible results centered on its HelpNow AI Foundry.

At its exhibition booth, it also shared customer success cases by industry, including finance, manufacturing, retail and the public sector, focusing on the HelpNow product lineup of HelpNow AI Foundry and HelpNow Journey to AI.

According to the company, Bespin Global's HelpNow AI Foundry is an orchestration platform that provides integrated support for the full process required to implement enterprise AI, from data integration to security governance. It supports an AI agent workflow builder, enterprise RAG management (RAGOps), GraphRAG and ontology studio, enterprise LLMOps, and AI governance and security monitoring.

HelpNow Journey to AI supports users by defining AI tasks centered on business operations so that AI adoption leads to concrete business results.

In a presentation session, Bespin Global AXT division director Hyung-hwa Jang (장형화) stressed the importance of efficient AI operations through HelpNow AI Foundry under the theme of enterprise AI transformation.

Bespin Global CAIO Vice President Seon-ho Han (한선호) said many companies are reviewing AI adoption or conducting proofs of concept (PoC) but are struggling to connect them to real business value. He said Bespin Global will be a reliable partner in helping companies achieve AX quickly and safely, and deliver meaningful results through its technology infrastructure and practical AX success methodology.
