Bespin Global, a provider of AI services and solutions, said it is stepping up its AI operations strategy for companies that have moved beyond AI adoption and into operations, based on its in-house AI orchestration solution HelpNow AI Foundry.
Bespin Global recently published its “AI Technology Guide for Immediate Use, Q2 2026,” produced from its official newsletter Bespick, and introduced the operating systems and key technology trends companies need in the AI era.
Bespin Global said the guide summarises key tasks companies should prepare for, focusing on four areas: IT operations strategy in the AI era, AI agents, physical AI and sovereign AI.
It presented key tasks including an AI Ready Data strategy that designs data in a structure AI can understand and use, a context-centric architecture that helps AI understand work context beyond search-based use, FinOps from the perspective of optimising business value, AI-based operations automation and autonomous recovery systems, and a next-generation security strategy that includes AI agents and machine accounts.
Yoon Hyun-jip (윤현집), head of marketing at Bespin Global, said the AI market is increasingly making it more important to determine how to operate AI and link it to business performance than to choose a model. He said he hopes the guide will serve as a practical reference for companies preparing AI operations systems, and that Bespin Global will support companies in implementing AI operations strategies spanning data, governance and security through HelpNow AI Foundry.
