Salesforce says it will be a partner for agentic enterprise transition

Salesforce presented an “agentic enterprise” built on its AI agent platform Agentforce as a next growth model. At an event in Seoul, Salesforce Korea CEO Sejin Park said companies should transition and that Salesforce would connect back office, data and workforce operations to create measurable business value. Salesforce said it has deployed more than 300 internal agents and that Agentforce has grown into an $800 million business. It also introduced “Headless 360” and showcased customer cases at POSCO and Musinsa.

Tech Insight: Headless software era raises new competitive advantage

Enterprise software companies such as Salesforce and ServiceNow are rolling out headless platforms designed for AI agents, drawing attention to how the software landscape may change. Andreessen Horowitz partner Seema Amble wrote that as agents read and write data directly, competitive advantage will shift away from UI-driven habits. She said hard-to-copy workflows, defensible proprietary data, ownership of an execution layer, real-world fulfillment and potential network effects will matter more.
