Salesforce held its annual developer conference, TrailblazerDX 2026 (TDX), in San Francisco on April 15 local time and unveiled its next-generation agent development environment, Salesforce Headless 360, the company said on Wednesday.

At the event, which featured more than 400 technical sessions, Salesforce showcased the latest development environments and product innovations for an “agentic enterprise” transition.

Headless 360 supports an environment in which developers can call and use key functions through APIs, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and command-based tools without directly accessing Salesforce screens. It provides more than 60 MCP tools and more than 30 preconfigured coding skills, and can flexibly connect the Salesforce platform with various AI coding environments such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Windsurf. It also provides an “Experience Layer,” a UI service that supports interactions across channels including Slack as well as voice and WhatsApp, along with a “Testing Center” and a “custom scoring evaluation” tool to assess agent reliability.

The company also strengthened Agent Fabric, its multi-agent integrated management solution. With a drag-and-drop canvas, it enables visual design and orchestration of multi-vendor agents and supports a choice of large language models, including Google’s Gemini, expanding customers’ model scalability.

Salesforce also overhauled AgentExchange, integrating the existing AppExchange, Slack Marketplace and the Agentforce ecosystem. The marketplace, which has about 13,600 registered apps, agents and MCP servers, newly introduced “semantic search” to propose solutions aligned with business intent. Salesforce also announced a $50 million investment plan for the AgentExchange Builders Initiative to support its partner ecosystem.

Brian Landsman (브라이언 랜즈먼), CEO of Salesforce AgentExchange, said, “We are evolving the app market once again for the agentic era.” He said AgentExchange will help customers develop and deploy agents and apps more easily while providing partners with more market opportunities.

Park Se-jin (박세진), head of Salesforce Korea, stressed that how quickly companies can develop and operate AI agents in a reliable environment will be key to competitive advantage. He said the company would spare no support so that South Korean companies and partners can deliver tangible business results.
