KT on Wednesday presented a \"finance industry-optimised AX (AI transformation) strategy\" to about 50 IT practitioners in the financial industry. At its Gwanghwamun Building West office, the company introduced its 2026 network strategy based on global 6G trends and shifts in technology paradigms, along with AX trends and cooperation cases among domestic financial firms. KT also showcased enterprise messaging products, a DDoS response strategy and a managed AI GPU service.

KT Onmaru, an interactive exhibition hall showcasing the evolution of telecommunications technology, is drawing attention as a family outing destination for May. Since opening in December, it has attracted about 42,000 visitors. The venue lets visitors experience early communication methods and features displays combining technology with everyday content, including AI image creation. KT will run a family photo programme using AI, while the exhibition operates free of charge except on May 1 and Sundays.
