KT on Wednesday presented a "finance industry-optimised AX (AI transformation) strategy" to about 50 IT practitioners in the financial industry.

At its Gwanghwamun Building West office, KT introduced its "KT 2026 network strategy" based on global 6G trends and shifts in technology paradigms, as well as AX trends and cooperation cases among domestic financial firms.

KT Enterprise's Enterprise Service Headquarters shared specific service application cases in an infrastructure transformation session, focusing on a platform strategy designed to strengthen stability and security.

Under the theme of "innovation in customer communication value provided by KT Smart Message", KT showcased enterprise messaging products including Smart Message RCS (Rich Communication Services), Comms, and mobile notifications. It also presented a DDoS response strategy based on its security platform, Clean Zone. KT also unveiled a subscription model, the "KT Managed AI GPU Service", that provides AI solutions and graphics processing unit infrastructure in an integrated offering.

Kim Won-tae (김원태), head of KT's Public and Financial Business Division and an executive vice president, said KT has continued to build up its technology and expertise as a strategic partner supporting digital transformation at financial firms. He said the company will continue to expand the market by offering industry-specific AX strategies based on its network competitiveness and stable service quality.
