LG Uplus\' \'Simple Mailbox\' voice cheering campaign gains traction

LG Uplus said on Saturday its participatory campaign \'Simple Mailbox\', which connects customers through voice-based encouragement messages, is drawing a positive response. The ARS service lets users anonymously leave or listen to messages. Collected voice data is converted to text and analysed by AI to sort it into categories and match messages to users. The campaign is also linked to content promoting a firefighter priority access service, with 1,000 won donated per participation.
