Hana Financial Group supports foreign workers with qualifications and financial education

Hana Financial Group is launching an education support programme for foreign workers to help them settle in South Korea and improve employability. The programme links basic job training, hands-on certification preparation and financial education to boost workplace adaptation and understanding of financial services. The group will recruit trainees through seven foreign worker support centres nationwide and provide courses via state-certified vocational training institutions.

Hana Financial Group expands renovation and vehicle support for disability facilities

Hana Financial Group is expanding a programme to renovate ageing disability welfare facilities and provide vehicles to improve mobility for people with disabilities. The group said all types of disability welfare facilities under Article 58 of the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act can apply from this year. It also introduced a wheelchair-lift small car. Hana plans to select 20 sites for renovation support and 15 for vehicle support after reviews and inspections.

Hana Financial unveils collaboration goods to support artists with developmental disabilities

Hana Financial Group on Saturday unveiled collaboration goods aimed at supporting the creative work and economic independence of artists with developmental disabilities. The products use prizewinning works from its Hana Artverse art contest, run since 2022, as part of a project to improve disability awareness and spread an inclusive culture. Brands including Puma, Coffeebean Korea and Monami joined the collaboration. Hana plans to donate all sales proceeds to Spring Shine, paying 50 percent as royalties to participating artists.
