Hana Financial Group said on Feb. 26 it is recruiting participants for its middle-aged tailored re-employment training programme, '2026 Hana Power On Second Life'.
Hana Power On Second Life is a re-employment support training programme for middle-aged people that has been run since 2022. Hana Financial said it produced 6,668 online trainees and 2,556 offline trainees over four years, and 1,174 of them were re-employed.
This year's programme will consolidate courses into the "three major impact jobs" area centred on AI and social platform fields. It also plans to link graduates with jobs after they complete the training.
New courses include an "AI job linkage training course" and an "AI-use professional consultant training course."
The AI job linkage training course consists of six tracks: AI data labeller, AI content marketer, AI literacy instructor, AI deep learning master, AI data management PM and AI e-commerce manager.
The AI-use professional consultant training course will train about 60 middle-aged AI-use professional consultants a year to provide AI digital consulting for small business owners nationwide.
An official from Hana Financial's ESG Planning Team said, "Hana Financial Group has been providing practical re-employment opportunities for a second chapter in life for middle-aged people through 'Hana Power On Second Life'," and added, "We will continue various support to strengthen job capabilities and promote economic activity for middle-aged career talent."
